Wholesale Terms and Conditions

We love our customers and are always happy to share our products with new shops!

 

Here’s the brief terms and conditions we have. 

 

  1. Minimum Order Value

 

For all orders we have a minimum of $150.00 USD.

 

  1. How to place order

 

  • Add all items you wish to purchase to your cart. You will notice on each page the price chart. It is the same for each item, but just on each page as a reminder.
  • Head to your cart when you are finished shopping. At the bottom of this page, you will see the normal total and your wholesale total. Below that will be the chart with your discount highlighted.
  • You can then checkout like normal.

  1. MSRP

 

Products or goods purchased from Maddison and Company shall be sold at a minimum of the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) and a maximum of the MSRP+ 25%. The MSRP can be found on the invoice or the regular retail side of our website. In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 30% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 30% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Maddison and Company’s email and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.

 

  1. Wholesale Pricing

 

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50%-56% off the MSRP, with free shipping. Your discount is determined by your cart value. All orders between $150.00-$199.99, pre-discount, will receive 50% off. All orders between $200.00-$249.99, pre-discount, will receive 52% off. All orders between $250.00-$299.99, pre-discount, will receive 54% off. All orders $300.00+, pre-discount, will receive 56% off. Once you hit $3000.00 in purchases your discount will sit at 58% off for all orders that hit our minimum of $150.00.

 

  1. Returns

 

Returns must be made in writing directly to our email within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Maddison and Company’s prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping cost will be the retailer’s expense.

For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer. Returns will only be issued to the same payment form the retailer used to purchase.

Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.

 

  1. Payments

 

Maddison and Company accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal payments.

All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.

 

  1. Damages and Defects

 

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Maddison and Company at shopmaddisonandcompany@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

 

  1. Delivery Window 

 

Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.

  1. Backorders

All items are in stock if you can purchase them, therefore, there are no backorders.

 

  1. Shipping International Orders

We do not ship international orders currently.
